Great beginner app. Actually just started using it and hoping it helps to decompress before going to bed.

Simple Yoga

The moves are easy to challenging -when it comes to balance. I love the timer so I can stay in the move and concentrate on my form rather than how much time is left.

Efficient, easy to follow.

I have two young kids, so this simple yoga app is perfect for me. Doesnt take a lot of time and I like the timer for each move so that I feel like Im accomplishing something.

Ok

Does the job for myself (Im a beginner and not looking to become a yogi.) I was looking for something quick to finish of my workouts/stretch before long motorbike rides. I do wish it had a chime in between poses.
